CEO - Brig Gen (Ret.) Ken Moran

28 years of experience leading the fielding of space and warfighting systems with the United States Air Force. During his military career, he served in a wide variety of operational, research and development, program management, and leadership positions. He holds BS, MS and PhD degrees in Aerospace Engineering as well as a Master’s Degree in National Resource Strategy.

Extensive experience leading large development, manufacturing, and fielding activities including overseeing the set up of new production lines, fielding systems to a dozen global locations, resolving multiple technical issues with new designs for state-of-the-art radars and integrated circuit chips, and modernization of a 550 aircraft fleet while simultaneously overseeing the safety, suitability, and effectiveness for ongoing operations.

CFO - Chris Rowe

32 years of experience ranging from early stage businesses to Fortune 50 environments. Mr. Rowe holds a BSBA Finance from Georgetown University and is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program and Corporate Audit Staff.

Mr. Rowe was formerly the CFO of AgustaWestland North America, CFO of Iridium Satellite, Senior Executive at Spotcast, and a co-founder and CFO of Neustar (an MBO out of Lockheed Martin). While at Lockheed Martin, he was also the CFO of the Astrolink Satellite venture team pioneering Ka-band satellite services. He had the strategic, financial, and operational responsibility for this multibillion-dollar international telecommunications joint venture, and authored the business plan, structure and operating routines with several international partners.

CTO - Chris Hoeber

44 years of experience in engineering, including 26 years of executive level strategic and operational experience leading an engineering-focused company through entrepreneurial growth in domestic and international markets. Responsibilities included engineering and operations, program management, business development and product development with a focus on profit and customer satisfaction. Mr. Hoeber holds MSEE and BSEE degrees from Cornell University.

Formerly, Mr. Hoeber was CTO and Senior Vice President, Technology and Innovation at Space Systems/Loral (2013-2014), Senior Vice President for Program Management and Systems Engineering, Chief Engineer, and Senior VP, Engineering and Manufacturing at Space Systems/Loral (1990-2013). He has extensive experience in the design of satellite communications systems and their associated ground systems such as the current Space Systems Loral Mission Control Center with over 100 successful missions.

Senior Advisor - Mark Oderman

35 years of experience in the space and satellite telecommunications markets. Mr. Oderman has led numerous analyses of new satellite services including seminal reports on the Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) market, and the potential market for broadband satellite applications. Mr. Oderman holds an M.A.L.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a B.A. from Pomona College.

Over the past twenty years, Mr. Oderman has led business diligences on several of the major international satellite services companies, including Mobile Satellite Corporation, Columbia Communications, Panamsat, Intelsat, ABS, Satmex, Spacecom, and Telesat. On the ‘manufacturing side’ of the industry, Mr. Oderman has advised most of the major U.S. and European satellite manufacturers, and dozens of subcontractors in satellite and ground segment hardware and software, and the commercial and government launch services industry.
